Post-fix solution

Reagent Quantity (for 10 mL) Final concentration
Glutaraldehyde (25%) 80 μL 0.2%
Paraformaldehyde 400 mg 4%
PBST-DEPC to 10 mL
Prepare solution just before use. Do not store for more than 1-2 h at 4°C.
