Alkaline phosphatase buffer with levamisole

Reagent Quantity (for 10 mL) Final concentration
Tris-Cl (1 M; pH 9.5) 1 mL 100 mM
MgCl2 (1 M) 0.5 mL 50 mM
NaCl (5 M) 0.2 mL 100 mM
Tween 20 (10%) 0.1 mL 0.1 %
Levamisole (120 mg/mL) 20 μL 1 mM
Mix the reagents and add H2O to give a final volume of 10 mL. Make fresh before use.
