Reagent Amount to add (for 10 μL) Final concentration
1-O-(10-(Cyclooct-2-ynyloxy)decanoyl)-2-O-myristoyl-3-O-(bis-(2-(acetylthio)ethoxy)-phosphoryl)-sn-glycerol (40 mM prepared in DMSO)a 1 μL 4 mM
Pluronic F-127 (10% stock in DMSO) 5 μL 5%
DMSO 4 μL
Prepare the mix fresh immediately before each labeling experiment.
