Collagenase/Dispase Cocktail

Dissolve 1 g of dispase II (Roche 04942078001) in 342 mL of 1× HEPES buffer. Remove and discard 42 mL of this solution. Dissolve 300 mg of collagenase A (Roche 10103578001) in the remaining 300 mL of dispase II solution. Filter to sterilize. Make aliquots of 10 mL and flash freeze. Store at −30°C.
