KSOM + 2i Inhibitors (100× Stock)

Reagent Amount
CHIR99021 (10 mm stock) 30 µL
PD0325901 (10 mm stock) 10 µL
KSOM medium (e.g., Millipore MR-020P-5D)  1 mL
Add 10 µL of 100× stock of KSOM + 2i to 990 µL KSOM (final PD0325901, 1 µm; CHIR99021, 3 µm) and use it for the incubation of morulae.
