MNase digestion buffer

0.32 M sucrose

50 mM Tris-Cl (pH 7.5)

4 mM MgCl2

1 mM CaCl2

0.1 mM PMSF

Protease inhibitors, and in particular PMSF, are rather unstable in aqueous solutions. Therefore, PMSF should be added as late as possible, just before use.
