Drosophila behavior food

Agar, bacteriological grade (2%, w/v)

Sucrose (5%, w/v)

Dissolve the ingredients in water. Autoclave to sterilize.

After cooling, the food can be stored in a sealed microwave-safe container for ~2 wk at 4°C.
