Trypsin, 0.1 g

Polyvinylpyrrolidone (optional), 1 g

Ca2+/Mg2+-free Tyrode Ringer's saline

Make up the solution in Ca2+/Mg2+-free Tyrode Ringer's saline. Prefilter through a Whatman No.1 filter or centrifuge at low speed. Filter-sterilize through 0.45 μm Millipore filter. Store sterile in small aliquots at -20°C.
