8 M urea

ProLyte 1 (11.6% w/w)

For 68.9 g = ~60 ml: Weigh out 8 g of ProLyte 1. Add 7 g of H₂O and 25 g of HPMC/glycerol/H₂O stock (40%/40%/20% w/w/w). Add 28.9 g of urea. Dissolve by stirring in lukewarm water. pH = 4.83 ±0.10; conductivity 207 ±15 μS/cm. Actual Consumption: ˜10 g/hr.
