Ca2+/Mg2+-free PBS, 10 ml

To prepare 0.1% (w/v) BSA fraction V in PBS, resuspend 10 mg of BSA fraction V (Sigma) in 10 ml of Ca2+/Mg2+-free PBS to a final concentration of 0.1% (w/v). Filter through a 0.45-μm filter, aliquot, and store at -80°C.
