Coomassie Brilliant Blue G250, 100 mg

95% Ethanol, 50 ml

Concentrated phosphoric acid (H3PO4), 100 ml

Add H2O to a final volume of 200 ml. The dye is stable at 4°C for at least 6 months. The dye concentrate is also available commercially from Bio-Rad.
