Stacking gel buffer (4X)

Tris base

HCl

Dissolve 60.5 g of Tris base in 850 mL of H2O. Adjust the pH to 6.8 with 6 M HCl. Readjust the pH to 6.8 at room temperature. Add H2O to 1000 mL. Store the buffer at 4°C.
