SSPE

For 20X solution: Dissolve 175.3 g of NaCl, 27.6 g of NaH2PO4•H2O, and 7.4 g of EDTA in 800 mL of H2O. Adjust the pH to 7.4 with NaOH (~6.5 mL of a 10 N solution). Adjust the volume to 1 L with H2O. Dispense into aliquots. Sterilize by autoclaving. The final concentrations of the ingredients are 3.0 M NaCl, 0.2 M NaH2PO4, and 0.02 M EDTA.
