SSPE

For 20X solution: Dissolve 175.3 g of NaCl, 27.6 g of NaH₂PO₄•H₂O, and 7.4 g of EDTA in 800 mL of H₂O. Adjust the pH to 7.4 with NaOH (~6.5 mL of a 10 N solution). Adjust the volume to 1 L with H₂O. Dispense into aliquots. Sterilize by autoclaving. The final concentrations of the ingredients are 3.0 M NaCl, 0.2 M NaH₂PO₄, and 0.02 M EDTA.
