Buffer A

50 mM Tris-Cl (pH 7.9)

3 mM MgCl2

0.2 mM phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride

100 mM NaCl

1 mM dithiothreitol

Store Buffer A at 4°C. Add dithiothreitol and PMSF to Buffer A just before use.
