Luciferase assay buffer

15 mM potassium phosphate (pH 7.8)

25 mM glycylglycine

15 mM MgSO₄

4 mM EGTA

2 mM ATP

Just before use, add dithiothreitol from a 1 M stock solution to a final concentration of 1 mM. Approximately 400 μl of luciferase enzyme assay buffer is needed per luminometer assay tube.
