Prehybridization/Hybridization for Hybridization in Phosphate-SDSBuffer
Use an electrophoresis grade of bovine serum albumin. No blocking agents or hybridization rate enhancers are required with this particular prehybridization/hybridization solution.
*0.5 M phosphate buffer is 134 g of Na2HPO4•7H2O, 4 ml of 85% H3PO4 (concentrated phosphoric acid), H2O to 1 liter.
