β-Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide solution

Make a 50 mM stock solution by dissolving 33.2 mg of β-nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (β-NAD) in 1 ml of H2O. Store the solution in small aliquots at -70°C. β-NAD is a cofactor for E. coli DNA ligase, as well as the electron acceptor; do not confuse it with α-NAD.
