Pronase

Pronase is the proprietary name for a protease from Streptomyces griseus. Pronase must be self-digested before being used.

Make a 40 mg/ml solution in distilled H2O and incubate for 4 hours at 37°C. Aliquot small samples, lyophilize, and store.
