RP-HPLC Solvent B (60% v/v acetonitrile/40% H2O containing 0.1% v/v trifluoroacetic acid)
Add 600 ml of acetonitrile to a 1-ml glass-stoppered cylinder and adjust to 1 liter with H2O. Add 1 ml of neat trifluoroacetic acid (final concentration 0.1% v/v TFA) and mix the solution thoroughly. Use HPLC-grade acetonitrile, TFA, and H2O.
