25 mM HEPES (K+, pH 7.6)

0.1 mM EDTA

2.5 mM MgCl2

10% glycerol

0.025% NP-40

1 mM dithiothreitol (DTT)

Add DTT fresh immediately before use. Store the buffer at 4°°C
