Nuclear lysis buffer

50 mM Tris-Cl (pH 8)

10 mM EDTA

0.8 % SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate)

The above solution is stable at room temperature

Before use, add:

1 mM PMSF

Protease inhibitors; each final concentration 2 μg/ml:

1. leupeptin

2. aprotinin

3. pepstatin

Keep final solution on ice.
