Trypsin stock solution

1 mg/ml trypsin

1 mM HCl

20 mM CaCl2

Use fresh or divide the solution into small aliquots (~50 μl) and store frozen at -20ºC. A stock solution may be thawed and refrozen a few times, but for consistent results, thaw only once.
