Polyethylenimine solution

Polyethylenimine (PEI) (800 kD) (Fluka)

Prepare a 0.9 mg/ml stock in H2O, adjust pH to 7, and filter sterilize. This stock can be kept at 4ºC wrapped in foil for several months. Always vortex the tube immediately before use.
