Monomer stock solution (30.8%T, 2.6%C)

150.0 g acrylamide

4.0 g N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide

Volume to 500 ml with H2O. Filter the monomer solution through a 0.45-mm filter. The final concentrations are 30% acrylamide and 0.8% N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide. Store it at 4ºC away from light.
