10X Laemmli electrophoresis running buffer

Dissolve the following components in 1000 ml H2O:

30.0 g Tris base

144.0 g glycine

10.0 g SDS

The pH of the buffer should be 8.3 and no pH adjustment is required. Store the running buffer at room temperature and dilute to 1X before use.
