TE/lithium acetate/PEG solution

1X TE (pH 8.0)

0.1 M lithium acetate

40% (w/v) PEG

To prepare solution, use 10X TE (0.1 M Tris-HCl [pH 8.0], 10mM EDTA) and 1 M lithium acetate stock solutions, and bring to final volume with 50% (w/v) PEG.
