TI buffer

5 ml Tris-Cl (1 M, pH 6.8)

4 ml imidazole (1 M)

Adjust pH to 6.8 and volume to 200 ml with H2O. Final concentrations are 25 mM Tris-Cl and 20 mM imidazole.
