CIM supplemented with timentin or carbenicillin

Callus-inducing medium (CIM)

Carbenicillin

or

Timentin

For 100 ml, dissolve 50 mg of timentin or carbenicillin in 1 ml filter-sterilized H2O. Add to liquid CIM so that the final concentration of timentin or carbenicillin is 0.5 mg/ml.
