MgSO4•7H2O 0.29 g
NaHCO3 0.42 g
Sodium pyruvate 0.028 g
Penicillin 0.07 g
Streptomycin 0.05 g
Sodium lactate (60% syrup) 4.2 mL
EDTA 0.037 g
Glucose 1 g
HEPES 4.766 g
Bovine serum albumin (Sigma, A3311) 5 g
H2O to 1 L (final volume)
Only use embryo-compatible chemicals. Adjust the pH to 7.3-7.4. Filter-sterilize through a 0.2-μm filter. Store at 4°C for 1-2 wk.
