FIONA imaging buffer with β-mercaptoethanol

Reagent Quantity
10% (w/v) glucose 4 μL
1 M MgCl2 1 μL
T50 buffer (or similar) 93 μL
β-mercaptoethanol 1 μL
Gloxy 1 μL
Add the gloxy just prior to using the imaging buffer. The final volume is 100 μL.
