Actinomycin D (AD) stock solution (1 mg/mL)

Reagent Amount to add
AD powder (Sigma-Aldrich) 1 mg
DMSO 50 μL
1X PBS 950 μL
Dissolve 1 mg of AD powder in 50 μL of DMSO. Then add 950 μL of 1X PBS. Store at 4°C protected from light.
