Cover Illustration: HH Stage 3+ quail embryo electroporated with an H2B-GFP construct using the method described in Cui et al., below. Time lapse images were taken every 6 minutes over 28 hours. Yellow indicates the track of the last 30 most recently acquired time points, green indicates the track of the last 3 most recently acquired time points.
