Microtiter standard reagent B

2 g CuSO4•5H2O

Dissolve the copper sulfate in 100 mL of H2O. Microtiter standard reagent B is stable for 1-3 wk when stored in a plastic container at room temperature, and indefinitely at 4ºC.
