General-purpose medium for Drosophila

G418 (Geneticin) (25 mg/mL; Sigma)

Take vials (~10 mL) containing general-purpose medium for Drosophila. Poke holes in the food with toothpicks. Add ~0.25 mL of G418 to each vial. Air-dry the food. Store the vials at ~10°C.
