Brower fix buffer

0.15 M PIPES (1,4-piperazinediethane sulfonic acid)

3 mM MgSO4

1.5 mM EGTA

1.5% (v/v) Nonidet P-40 (NP-40)

Adjust pH to 6.9. Store at 4ºC. This recipe was adapted from Brower (1986).
