Drosophila blocking solution

Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS)

0.3% (v/v) Triton X-100 (Sigma)

5% normal goat serum or 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA)

Use as a freshly prepared solution or store at −20°C. (The solution goes bad quite quickly.)
