Paraffin oil, light

Remove water-soluble impurities from the oil by mixing it with PBS to form an emulsion. After the paraffin oil separates from the PBS, decant the oil and store it in a clean tissue culture flask. Light paraffin oil does not need to be filter-sterilized.
