GUS staining solution

EDTA, 1 mM (pH 8)

Potassium ferricyanide, 5 mM

Potassium ferrocyanide, 5 mM

Sodium phosphate, 100 mM (pH 7.0)

Triton-X-100, 1%

X-Gluc, 1 mg/ml

Predissolve the X-Gluc in a drop of N,N-dimethylformamide immediately prior to use. Staining solution can be stored at -20°C and reused several times.
