Recipe

PBS (10X) without potassium salt

Reagent Amount to add (for 1L) Final (10X) concentration
NaCl 75.97 g 1.3 M
Na2HPO4•2H2O 12.46 g 70 mM
NaH2PO4•2H2O 4.8 g 30 mM
Combine all components in <1 L of H2O and stir to dissolve. Adjust pH to 7.2 and bring to final volume of 1 L with H2O. Sterilize by autoclaving.
