dATP (100 mM)

dCTP (100 mM)

dGTP (100 mM)

dTTP (100 mM)

Mix 10 μl of each of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP, and add 460 μl H2O (autoclaved). The final concentrations are 2 mM each. Store at −20°C.
