dATP (100 mM)

dCTP (100 mM)

dGTP (100 mM)

dTTP (100 mM)

Mix 25 μl of each of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP, and add 900 μl H2O (autoclaved). The final concentrations are 2.5 mM each. Store at −20°C.
