HEPES-buffered saline for lentivirus transduction (HBS-LT; 2X)

Reagent Amount to add Final concentration
HEPES 2.38 g 0.05 M
NaCl 3.28 g 0.28 M
Na2HPO4 42.6 mg 1.5 mM
Dissolve the ingredients in 200 mL of H2O. Sterilize by passage through a 0.2-μm filter.
