Blocking solution for lentivirus transduction
2 g bovine serum albumin (BSA, Fraction V)
100 ml phosphate-buffered saline for lentivirus transduction (PBS-LT; pH 7.4)
Dissolve the BSA in PBS-LT. Sterilize the solution by passage through a 0.2-μm filter. Store at 4°C.
