Low calcium-magnesium Ringer’s (LCMR)

Various recipes of this solution have been used to slow healing of dissected embryos. Embryo LCMR is recommended for embryo dissection, but long-term survival of explants is better in explant LCMR.

BSA (add if growth factors are included)	none	0.5% (w/v)
Adjust pH to 7.1 with NaOH.
