RNase stock solution

Reagent Amount to add Final concentration
5 M NaCl 30 μl 15 mM
1 M Tris-Cl (pH 8.0) 100 μl 10 mM
H2O to 10 ml
Dissolve 100 mg of pancreatic RNase A in the 10 ml of solution. Dispense 1-ml aliquots into 1.5-ml microcentrifuge tubes, and store them at −20°C. Just before use, boil the required amount for 10 minutes.
