Dalton’s osmium and potassium dichromate buffer

Potassium dichromate buffer (5%, w/v)

NaCl (3.4%, w/v)

Osmic acid (OsO4) (2%, w/v)

Mix 1 part 5% potassium dichromate buffer, 1 part 3.4% NaCl, and 2 parts 2% osmic acid.
