Recipe

dsRNA digestion buffer

Reagent Amount to add Final concentration
Tris-Cl (1 M, pH 8.0) 1 mL 20 mM
EDTA (0.5 M, pH 7.9) 50 μL 0.5 mM
MgCl2 (1 M) 250 μL 5 mM
DTT (1 M) 50 μL 1 mM
NaCl (5 M) 1.4 mL 140 mM
KCl (1 M) 135 μL 2.7 mM
Glycerol 2.5 mL 5% (v/v)
H2O to 50 mL
Store the solution at 4°C. DTT decomposes in hot H2O, so do not autoclave the buffer.
