Marc’s modified Ringer’s (MMR) (10X)

20 mM CaCl2

50 mM HEPES (pH 7.5)

20 mM KCl

10 mM MgCl2

1 M NaCl

Adjust pH with NaOH to 7.5. Sterilize by autoclaving.
