Fixation solution for zebrafish embryos

1% (w/v) paraformaldehyde (PFA)

3% (w/v) sucrose

2.5% (v/v) glutaraldehyde

0.2 M phosphate buffer (pH 7.4)

This solution can be stored at 4°C for 2 wk.
